Provider and acceptance

Services are provided by Tristan Web Studio. A project is accepted only when I confirm the fit, send the written scope and policies, and receive the stated payment.

Starter Website scope

The $699 CAD Starter Website is one scrolling page in either the Local Service or Food & Preorder configuration. It includes up to six primary sections, six service/product/menu summaries, eight client-supplied photos, approximately 700 words organized from client-supplied facts, one primary customer action, one standard form, one consolidated revision, domain connection, source/account handoff, and a 14-day defect-fix period.

It excludes ecommerce, online payment on the client website, account systems, brand identity, professional photography, market research, invented claims, unlimited rewriting, ongoing SEO, advertising, unlimited revisions, and complex integrations unless separately quoted.

Payment

The payment schedule is $199 CAD after fit acceptance and written scope, followed by a $500 CAD balance after the consolidated revision and before launch. No tax is currently added at checkout. Any agreed third-party fee is disclosed before payment.

Start condition and timing

The five-business-day draft period starts only after the reservation, questionnaire, accurate content, usable photos, and required access are received and accepted. I confirm a dated draft commitment. Client delays pause the schedule, and the post-revision launch target is stated in writing.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate facts, legally usable text and images, timely access, consolidated feedback, approval of factual claims, and payment. Do not provide content you do not have permission to use.

Revision and changes

One consolidated revision means one organized list of wording and design adjustments within the accepted structure and allowance. Defect corrections do not consume that revision. A new design direction, replacement brief, extra page, expanded copy, or new functionality is separate work.

Ownership and accounts

After final payment, you receive ownership of the finished custom site files created for your project, plus the account access and practical handoff information available for the project. Your domain and hosting accounts should be registered to you. Third-party licences, services, and their terms remain governed by their providers.

Hosting and updates

Standard static hosting has no separate monthly charge from Tristan Web Studio at the expected usage level. Domain renewal, business email, premium tools, and other third-party costs remain the client’s responsibility unless the written scope says otherwise. No monthly care plan is required. Requested updates start from the separately quoted amount.

Delays, inactivity, and cancellation

Missing content, access, feedback, or payment pauses the project. Extended inactivity may require rescheduling. Cancellation and refund treatment follows the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Results

I do not guarantee traffic, search position, calls, orders, leads, or revenue. The service produces the agreed website and contact flow; business results depend on factors outside the website project.
