Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for the Website Review from Tristan Web Studio. It is written in plain language so you know what to expect before and after you pay.

The Website Review

The Website Review is a one-time service for $99 CAD. It is a short, advisory review of your current website. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds before review work starts

You can request a refund any time before review work has started. If you change your mind shortly after paying and I have not yet begun looking at your site, you will receive a full refund.

Once review work has started

Once review work has started, the Website Review is non-refundable. This is because the value of the review is the time spent looking at your site and preparing the feedback.

Duplicate or accidental payments

If you are charged twice, or you pay by accident, that payment can be refunded. Just let me know and I will return it.

If I cannot complete the review

If Tristan Web Studio is unable to complete your Website Review for any reason, you will receive a refund.

How to request a refund

Send your refund request by email to [email protected]. Please include the name and email used at checkout so I can find your payment.

How refunds are returned

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
